1. Definitions
The following definitions apply to these Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
Bonus Offer means the promotion outlined in clause 4.
Eligibility Criteria means the conditions that must be met to receive the Bonus Offer, as set out in clause 3.
Sales Contract means the contract entered into between you and Serenitas for the purchase of a participating new home at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Palm Cove.
Serenitas means Trustee for Serenitas Development Trust (ABN 78 498 179 049).
Settlement means the date you pay the balance of the purchase price and become the legal owner of the home.
Site means a home purchased at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Palm Cove on land leased from Serenitas located at 40 – 68 Reefsedge Way, Kewarra Beach, QLD 4879.
Site Agreement means the agreement between you and Serenitas under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Cth) governing your occupation of the Site that details:
(a) the rental by you of a particular Site in a residential park;
(b) the manufactured home’s position in the residential park;
(c) the non-exclusive use of the park’s common areas and communal facilities by you; and
(d) any special provisions or conditions required or permitted by the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Cth) to be in the Site Agreement.
Participating Homes means selected remaining new homes available in the Foundation Release during the promotion period at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Palm Cove. The remaining new homes includes Sites 186 Douglas, 187 Ellis, 189 Trinity and 212 Azure.
2. Bonus Offer Period
The Bonus Offer commences on the date of campaign launch and concludes at 5:00pm (AEST) on 31 May 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Bonus Offer, you must:
(a) enter into a Site Agreement with Serenitas;
(b) enter into a Sales Contract (conditional or unconditional) for a Participating Home by 4pm (AEST) 31 May 2026; and
(c) complete Settlement in accordance with the terms of your contract.
4. Bonus Offer
Subject to meeting the Eligibility Criteria, the Bonus Offer includes:
- Up to 12 months free site fees (valued at up to $15,000), applied as a rebate at Settlement; and
- Complimentary membership to the Oceans Edge Health Club until the Thyme Palm Cove Clubhouse opens.
The total value of the Bonus Offer is up to $15,000 plus Health Club membership, as at the date of these T&Cs.
5. Changes to Offer
Serenitas reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Bonus Offer, Bonus Offer period, or Eligibility Criteria at any time prior to a purchaser satisfying the Eligibility Criteria and without any written or verbal notice.
6. Non-transferability
The Bonus Offer:
(a) is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash; and
(b) cannot be used in conjunction with any other Serenitas offer unless otherwise agreed.
7. General
(a) The value of the Bonus Offer is exclusive of any other discounts or rebates.
(b) Pricing of Participating Homes is subject to change at any time without notice.
